Q: A lot of sites say to mix a couple of things such a cranberry juice, tea, water, and whatever else to shed 5 pounds of water weight. Do you think that's a good thing to do? Or is it just another fitness myth.

Q: I've been running and doing strength training but don't seem to be losing much weight on my arms. My family has genetically fat arms, but I need them to thin down. What can I do to achieve this?

Q: Hi! So I've been running 30 mins everyday which amounts to about 2.5 miles or 2 miles. I know, it's pretty slow. Is that enough cardio to really make a difference on my weight. I'm going easy on strength training cause I want to lose the surface fat first. Is that a good idea? Lastly, I'm getting mild shin splints after I run. Very mild. Is there anything I can do to fix that? Ice maybe? All your help would be greatly appreciated! :)
